Love the tassels I bought- nice quality and adorable, but I had paid for expedited shipping to get them in time for an event I had. My order didn’t ship until 7 days after I had ordered and I tried reaching out to the company and no response. Disappointed in the customer service, but the tassels work perfectly and look great! Would totally buy again, but would not recommend if you are in a rush.
